Path: Diesel Heavy Vehicle→Hino (V8.67)→16 PIN→By System→Engine System→Hino Engine→Special Function→Check Functions→DPF Check→DPR Forced Regeneration

Turn on the FCAR F7S-G and connect it to the VCI via Bluetooth . Attach the VCI box to the OBD-II connector and plug the OBD-II connector into the OBD socket in the car. Ignition on and enter “Diagnosis”, “Diesel Heavy Vehicle” and “Hino”.

Select “16 PIN”;

Select “By System”;

Select “Engine System”;

Click “Hino Engine”;

Select “Special Function”;

Select “Check Functions”;

Select “DPF Check”;

Select “DPR Forced Regeneration”;

Read the instructions carefully before clicking “OK”;

Read the information carefully before clicking “OK”;

The test will stop and idle speed will return to normal when the particulate filter is sufficiently cleaned of soot. Press “stop” to exit the process early if need be.
